在外カンボジア国民の帰国についてAbout Requirement for Cambodian Citizens Returning To Cambodia

下記内容は、カンボジア外務省及び在日本カンボジア王国大使館に確認済みの情報です。
① 在外カンボジア国民（カンボジアのパスポートをお持ちの方）がカンボジアへ帰国する際には、「出発７２時間以内に発行された新型コロナウイルスの陰性証明書」、「Forte新型コロナウイルス保険のオンライン購入」及び「USD2,000のデポジット」は必要ないとのことです。しかし、カンボジア入国後は、海外からの渡航者と同じく、PCR検査そしてPCR検査の結果による隔離（強制・自主）が必要となります。
② カンボジア国民ではありますが、他国のパスポート（と共に”K”ビザ）をお持ちの方は、「Forte新型コロナウイルス保険のオンライン購入」及び「USD2,000のデポジット」は必要ないですが、「出発７２時間以内に発行された新型コロナウイルスの陰性証明書」は必要となります。カンボジア入国後は、海外からの渡航者と同じく、PCR検査そしてPCR検査の結果による隔離（強制・自主）が必要となります

My Experience in a Quarantine Camp in Cambodia
※上記情報は、必ず皆様に当てはまる訳ではなく、一例となっておりますことをご了承ください。
Below is the information gathered from Cambodia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation (MFAIC) and Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Japan.
① For Cambodian citizens (Cambodia passport holders) returning to Cambodia, “Pre-flight Covid-19 Test/Medical Certificate Issued Within 72 Hours Prior to Departure”, “Online Purchase of Forte Covid-19 Insurance” and “USD2,000 Deposit” are not required. However, like foreigners entering Cambodia, after arrival, the taking of PCR Test and 14-day quarantine (self/compulsory) depending on PCR test result are required.
② For Cambodian citizens (Holders of a foreign passport or “K” Visa), “Online Purchase of Forte Covid-19 Insurance” and “USD2,000 Deposit” are not required. However, “Pre-flight Covid-19 Test/Medical Certificate Issued Within 72 Hours Prior to Departure” is required. As like foreigners entering Cambodia, after arrival, the taking of PCR Test and 14-day quarantine (self/compulsory) depending on PCR test result are required.
